2. How to Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Instructions: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We may also provide a return shipping label, depending on the circumstances.
  3. Ship the Item: Once you receive the RMA, securely pack the item in its original packaging and return it to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. Please note:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. If you paid via credit/debit card, your refund will be credited to your account. If you paid via PayPal, the refund will be issued to your PayPal account.
  • Processing Time: Once the return is processed, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Exchanges are subject to product availability and pricing at the time of the exchange. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be processed instead.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: In the event of a return due to a defect or error on our part, Frostnarittech will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
